The Kasparbauer has been family-run for generations – and it is built around families with small children arriving here and breathing out. Short distances, plenty of room to play, cosy apartments and hosts who are not sitting behind a desk but there when you need something.
For the children
Climbing tower, slide, nest swing and trampoline on the lawn, go-karts, the water bouncy castle on hot days – and our animals to pet in the middle of it all. When the weather turns, everyone moves into the new indoor play room. No child has ever been bored here.
Stay
The farmhouse and the apartment house stand right next to each other – with the playground in between. All apartments are bright, cosy and sleep 2 to 8 guests; two single rooms complete the picture.

Our apartment house stands right at the heart of the farm, next to the farmhouse – modern in style and less than 20 steps from the playground. Five apartments for two to six guests and two single rooms.

If you like, you can take riding lessons here – beginners and advanced riders, children and adults alike. The arena is right at the farm; simply book through a short form.

Location
The Kasparbauer sits in Kaspardörfl, a sunny hamlet above Radstadt – far from through-roads, but only minutes from slopes, cross-country trails and the historic old town.
